Return policy
As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason, in line with EU consumer protection law.
For hygiene reasons, this right does not apply once a cosmetic product has been opened or its seal has been broken, unless the product is faulty or damaged on arrival.
How to request a return

Refunds
Once we've received and checked your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with a photo so we can resolve it quickly.
